
Vistaprint
Vistaprint catalyzed my love for design and my desire to lead and mentor others; I started there as a Junior Designer and left as a Senior Art Director. I primarily led design initiatives for business and digital product lines, driving high-performing designs across the Marketing organization.



















I collaborated with multi-office teams to develop a platform allowing designers with no coding experience to create website templates. I helped expand design tools and asset libraries, and partnered with legal teams on licensing and contract matters.
I collaborated with content strategists to define and execute business identity vision for the product design team. This led to art directing key high-visibility projects and representing the Creative team’s needs in cross-functional corporate initiatives. Led business, consumer, and digital design projects, developing methods for generating high-quality concepts. And I worked with creative leadership to create a logo-based identity template model.
Earlier in my time at Vistaprint, I helped pioneered new, designer-friendly tools and workflows based on Adobe design software, demonstrating strong leadership in adapting design processes to industry standards. Mastered proprietary tools for online-accessible design templates, and contributed as a technical leader and influential voice in design discussions.
